My Story
"In 2025, I found myself in a very dark place—feeling lonely, depressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, and irritable, while also struggling with significant weight gain. My turning point came when I joined a perimenopause support group facilitated by therapist Katie. Through that experience, I gradually began to understand myself with greater clarity and compassion, and slowly, I started to feel better.
That journey transformed my life and gave me a renewed sense of purpose. Today, I am deeply committed to supporting women who are navigating perimenopause, offering understanding, guidance, and hope to those who are where I once was just a year ago.
